At Kendo Foods, we embody the essence of "Kendo", a word from the Mandingo tribe in Gambia that signifies excellence and quality. Our project celebrates these values by bringing people together through exceptional cuisine. We fuse the finest Gambian ingredients with Finnish food products to craft a unique dining experience that reflects our commitment to quality, positivity, and deliciousness.
Our Team
Kendo Foods was created by two former roommates. Demba has a passion for transforming ingredients into culinary experiences. He adds creativity, skill, and lots of love to every dish. Kim is a tech entrepreneur who loves good vibes and great food. He knows how to avoid potholes, and he's always on the lookout for ways to bring people to the table.
